I am a bonded and insured Nebraska Notary Public, who represents clients professionally and ethically, and I guarantee the accuracy of my work.
I will travel to your office, borrower’s home or agreed-upon meeting place at your convenience, and I am available for loan signing and notary services by appointment. I specialize in Last Will and Testament and Power of Attorney for shut-ins or elderly individuals who can not leave their home to get these items notarized. My services are free, all I ask is a minimum charge for travel and time fees. This minimum may go up depending on your location and time of appointment. You may inquire about this charge at the time you set up the appointment.

Note: All signers must provide current, legal photo ID, preferably a state-issued driver or non-driver ID or U.S. Passport. Acceptable ID is that which is current or has been issued within five years, contains a photograph and description of the person named on it, shall be signed by the person, shall bear a serial or other identifying number, and in the event that the document is a passport, shall have been stamped by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service.

  • For taking affidavits and seal: $2.00
  • For administering oath or affirmation: $2.00
  • For each certificate and seal: $5.00
  • For taking acknowledgment of deed or other instrument: $5.00
  • For each protest: $1.00
  • For recording each protest: $2.00
  • For each notice of protest: $2.00
  • Mileage fee may apply for travel
